Week 1: Foundation
Contract & Legal
- Sign partnership agreement
- Execute DPA (Data Processing Addendum)
- Receive tenant credentials
- Add

Identity Setup
- Provide SSO metadata (SAML 2.0 XML or OIDC discovery URL)
- Map your user groups to Sentinel roles
- Configure MFA policy
- Test login flow with 2 pilot users
Domain & Branding
- Choose custom domain or path
- Provide logo (SVG, 1:1 and 3:1 ratios)
- Provide primary brand color (hex)
- Confirm favicon
Week 2: Integration
API Access
- Receive API keys (production + sandbox)
- Whitelist your IPs (if applicable)
- Configure webhook endpoint
- Verify HMAC signature validation
Data Import
- Upload sample documents (10–20) for schema calibration
- Validate extraction accuracy against ground truth
- Configure custom fields (if needed)
- Test Excel / PDF export formats
Widget Integration (if applicable)
- Embed chat widget in staging environment
- Test SSO silent login
- Verify mobile responsiveness
- Test dark mode (if supported)
Week 3: Testing
Functional Testing
- End-to-end document upload → extraction → export
- Chat session creation → message → citation → export
- Portfolio review report generation
- Error handling (429, 500, malformed input)
Performance Testing
- Load test with expected concurrent users
- Document processing SLA validation
- Chat response time measurement
Security Testing
- Verify no cross-tenant data leakage
- Test RBAC enforcement
- Audit log export and review
Week 4: Go-Live
Training
- Admin training session (1 hour)
- End-user training session (1 hour)
- Share documentation links
- Distribute quick-start guide
Launch
- Migrate from sandbox to production
- Enable production webhooks
- Announce to users
- Monitor error rates and support tickets
Post-Launch
