For Integration Partners

B2B, B2C, and B2B2C engagement models. Embed Sentinel capabilities into your platform, white-label the experience, or onboard a private office.

Overview

B2B — private office

Standalone Sentinel deployments for single firms

B2C — direct white-label

Embed the Sentinel app in your branded property

B2B2C — platform partners

Three engagement shapes

Sentinel ships in whichever shape fits your business. Pick the model that matches your customer relationship — the underlying capabilities are the same.

Shape Who you serve What you get
B2B A single private office or AMC Dedicated tenant, your branding, full document + chat stack
B2C End consumers under your brand White-labelled Sentinel app, your domain, your auth
B2B2C RM platforms / wealth networks Embed Sentinel capabilities behind your platform’s API or UI

Each pattern has its own onboarding details — see Overview to compare and pick.

Engagement model decision matrix

Selecting the right partnership model depends on your go-to-market strategy, client ownership model, and technical maturity. Use the matrix below to identify the optimal path forward.

Decision Factor B2B B2C B2B2C
Target client Single enterprise (family office, AMC, bank) Mass-affluent / HNI end consumers Intermediary platforms, RM networks, distributors
Deployment model Dedicated VPC tenant with custom domain White-labelled mobile / web application API-first embedding, SDK, or iframe widgets
Branding control Full co-branding or partner branding 100% partner brand, Sentinel invisible Invisible infrastructure, partner owns UX
Data residency India-only or multi-region India-only (standard) Flexible, tenant-level configuration
Integration effort Low (managed onboarding) Low ( turnkey deployment) Medium to high (API/SDK integration)
Time to value 2–4 weeks 1–2 weeks 4–8 weeks
Revenue model Annual license + usage Per-user SaaS or revenue share Platform fee + transaction volume
Best for Enterprises requiring control Fintechs, neobanks, direct platforms Wealth-tech infrastructure, CRM platforms

The decision matrix is not prescriptive — hybrid models are available for partners with complex distribution structures. Our partnership team will work with you to tailor the engagement shape to your specific P&L and operational constraints.

Commercial framework overview

Sentinel operates on a transparent, value-aligned commercial philosophy. We do not believe in opaque pricing or punitive overage charges. Our commercial frameworks are designed to grow with your business while preserving predictability in your cost structure.

License Models

  • Annual Enterprise License: Flat-fee annual contract for B2B deployments. Includes unlimited users within the licensed entity, dedicated support, and committed SLA tiers. Ideal for family offices and asset managers with stable headcount.
  • Per-Seat SaaS: Monthly or quarterly subscription tied to active users. Suited for B2C and B2B2C partners whose user base fluctuates seasonally or scales rapidly.
  • Consumption-Based: Pay-for-what-you-use model metered on document pages processed, API calls, and AI chat sessions. Best for platform partners with unpredictable or spiky traffic patterns.
  • Revenue Share: Available for select strategic partners. Sentinel takes a percentage of incremental revenue attributable to AI-driven engagement or efficiency gains. Aligns incentives and reduces upfront capital outlay.

Contract Terms

All agreements include annual renewal options, price-lock guarantees for multi-year commitments, and clear exit clauses with full data portability. We offer pilot-to-production ramps with discounted trial periods to de-risk the procurement decision.

Onboarding timeline and milestones

A structured onboarding process ensures your team is productive from day one. Our partnership onboarding is designed to be rigorous yet efficient, with clear milestones and accountability.

Phase Duration Key Milestones Deliverables
Discovery & Alignment Week 1 Business requirements workshop, technical architecture review, compliance checklist Requirements document, integration roadmap, risk register
Environment Provisioning Week 2 Dedicated tenant setup in dev and prod, SSO configuration, RBAC policy design Live dev environment, admin accounts, security baseline report
Integration & Testing Weeks 3–4 API key issuance, SDK integration, UAT scenarios, load testing Integration test results, UAT sign-off, performance benchmark
Training & Go-Live Week 5 RM training sessions, ops runbook handover, joint incident response rehearsal Training completion certificates, runbook v1.0, go-live checklist
Hypercare & Optimisation Weeks 6–8 Daily standups, feedback triage, model fine-tuning, feature backlog review Hypercare report, optimisation recommendations, Q1 roadmap alignment

Post-hypercare, partners transition to a named customer success manager and quarterly business reviews. Critical deployments can be accelerated to a two-week sprint with dedicated engineering support.

Trust signals and security posture

Sentinel is built for institutions that cannot afford to compromise on security, privacy, or regulatory compliance. Our infrastructure and processes are designed to meet or exceed the standards expected by Indian regulators and global institutional investors.

Infrastructure Security

  • All workloads run on AWS India ( Mumbai ) with optional multi-region failover. No client data leaves Indian jurisdiction unless explicitly configured for global family offices.
  • End-to-end encryption at rest ( AES-256 ) and in transit ( TLS 1.3 ). Keys are managed via AWS KMS with customer-managed key ( CMK ) options for enterprise tenants.
  • Network isolation through dedicated VPCs, private subnets, and strict security group policies. Each tenant is logically separated with no cross-tenant data access.

Compliance & Certifications

  • SOC 2 Type II audit in progress, with targeted completion in Q4 2026.
  • RBI data localisation guidelines adherence for all financial data processing.
  • SEBI-grade audit trails, immutable logs, and role-based access control for all sensitive operations.
  • Regular third-party penetration testing and vulnerability assessments with remediation SLAs.

Operational Trust

  • 99.9% uptime SLA for production environments, with financially backed credits for breaches.
  • Joint incident response runbooks with 15-minute escalation paths for P1 incidents.
  • Full audit logging of all AI model interactions, document processing events, and administrative actions.
  • Zero-day patching policy with critical vulnerabilities remediated within 24 hours.

What partners always get

  • A dedicated environment in our dev and prod accounts (account IDs TBD per the AWS topology).
  • SSO + RBAC wired through Studio (the BFF middleware) — see Studio.
  • Access to the full API surface for integration — see Developers.
  • Joint incident response runbook and on-call paths — see Incident response.
